This policy explains how Magynta Technologies ("we") handles personal data when you visit this website, ask for a demo or use Qryti. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Two roles
For this website and for the accounts of our customers, we decide how personal data is used. For the business data our customers put into Qryti (their clients, contacts, proposals and invoices), our customer decides, and we process it only on their instructions under our agreement with them.
What we collect
- Details you give us when you ask for a demo or contact us: name, work email, company, phone and your message.
- Account details for people who use Qryti: name, email, role, sign-in methods and an audit trail of activity.
- Technical data needed to run and protect the service: IP address, browser and security logs.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and arrange a demo.
- To provide, secure and support the service, and to bill for it.
- To meet our legal obligations, including tax and GST records.
Where it is kept
Qryti is hosted in Microsoft Azure's Central India region. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use a small number of service providers, such as our hosting and email providers, under contracts that protect your data.
How long we keep it
Demo enquiries are kept for up to two years unless you become a customer. Customer data is kept for the life of the agreement and then deleted or returned, except records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent or nominate someone to act for you. Write to privacy@qryti.com. If the data is held for one of our customers, we will pass your request to them. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy here and update the date above.
