These terms apply to your organisation's use of Qryti, provided by Magynta Technologies. Your order form or signed agreement with us takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
Your account
You are responsible for the people you invite to your workspace and for keeping their sign-in methods safe. Tell us straight away at security@qryti.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your data
The business data you put into Qryti belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy. You can export it at any time.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Qryti for anything unlawful, or to send unsolicited email.
- Do not try to reach another organisation's data, or to disrupt the service.
- Do not resell the service without a written agreement with us.
Fees
Fees are as set out on our pricing page or your order form, in Indian rupees and exclusive of GST. Subscriptions renew for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Availability and support
We work to keep Qryti available and secure, and support is provided by email on Indian working days. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any twelve months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Ending the service
Either party may end the subscription at the end of a billing period. After it ends you have 30 days to export your data, after which we delete it, except records the law requires us to keep.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
